Estes dois motores est\u00e3o presentes em modelos da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.citroen.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Citro\u00ebn<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ford.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ford<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/rede.opel.pt\/autoindustrial\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Opel<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.peugeot.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Peugeot<\/a> e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.toyota.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Toyota<\/a>. Em alguns casos, durante a mesma interven\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m se realizaram trabalhos na cabe\u00e7a de motor (por exemplo, substitui\u00e7\u00e3o da junta da cabe\u00e7a). Inicialmente, pode parecer um problema da bomba ou da correia, mas, na realidade, as causas principais para que esta situa\u00e7\u00e3o suceda s\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Ajuste incorreto da bomba de combust\u00edvel de alta press\u00e3o<\/li>\n<li>Ajuste incorreto da correia de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Ajuste da bomba de combust\u00edvel de alta press\u00e3o<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nos motores modernos de quatro tempos utilizam-se diversos m\u00e9todos para melhorar a efic\u00e1cia do processo de combust\u00e3o. Cada vez mais utilizam-se bombas de alta press\u00e3o de pist\u00e3o \u00fanico, pequenas e ligeiras, em vez das antigas bombas de pist\u00e3o m\u00faltiplo. Estas geram press\u00e3o de combust\u00edvel de forma cont\u00ednua, mas \u00e9 essencial que estas bombas estejam sincronizadas com o motor de combust\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Deste modo, assegura-se que as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho necess\u00e1rias da bomba de alta press\u00e3o se adaptem de forma \u00f3tima \u00e0s condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho necess\u00e1rias do motor de combust\u00e3o. Se este ajuste n\u00e3o se realiza corretamente, aumentam as vibra\u00e7\u00f5es do motor, o que provoca uma sobrecarga dos componentes da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o por correia. Se a sincroniza\u00e7\u00e3o se ajusta corretamente, as vibra\u00e7\u00f5es do motor quase que anulam na sua totalidade as vibra\u00e7\u00f5es da bomba de alta press\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Na roda dentada e no corpo da bomba de alta press\u00e3o existem marcas que se alinham entre si quando est\u00e3o corretamente ajustadas.<\/p>\n<p>Se estas marcas n\u00e3o est\u00e3o alinhadas com a posi\u00e7\u00e3o de ajuste do motor, as vibra\u00e7\u00f5es do motor de combust\u00e3o e da bomba de alta press\u00e3o juntam-se entre si, dando lugar a um aumento da vibra\u00e7\u00e3o geral da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o por correia dentada.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_106072\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-106072\" style=\"width: 494px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-106072 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/jornaldasoficinas.com\/pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/SKF\/05.jpg\" alt=\"SKF - 05\" width=\"494\" height=\"368\" srcset=\"https:\/\/jornaldasoficinas.com\/pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/SKF\/05.jpg 494w, https:\/\/jornaldasoficinas.com\/pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/SKF\/05-300x223.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 494px) 100vw, 494px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-106072\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Correia dentada (Ponto Morto Superior). Para garantir o correto ajuste da correia dentada, siga as instru\u00e7\u00f5es de montagem. Na seguinte sec\u00e7\u00e3o explicamos os riscos potenciais.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Verifica\u00e7\u00f5es essenciais durante a montagem<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Esta problem\u00e1tica tamb\u00e9m pode dever-se a um ajuste incorreto da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o. Como se menciona no in\u00edcio deste artigo t\u00e9cnico, os kits de correias de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o aqui mencionados podem instalar-se em diversos motores de diversos fabricantes de ve\u00edculos. Dependendo do fabricante do ve\u00edculo, podem haver diversos requisitos com respeito \u00e0 instala\u00e7\u00e3o.
