Assim, ainda consideramos necess\u00e1rio o atendimento pessoal por t\u00e9cnicos especializados que minimizem o erro e consequentemente o tempo de paragem das viaturas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Esta situa\u00e7\u00e3o acaba por atrasar um pouco a transi\u00e7\u00e3o digital. No entanto, pensamos j\u00e1 ser claro para todos que, a m\u00e9dio prazo, grande parte do neg\u00f3cio ser\u00e1 feito digitalmente.\u00a0Parece claro que os pre\u00e7os v\u00e3o continuar a subir durante o ano de 2022, numa propor\u00e7\u00e3o que ainda n\u00e3o conseguimos antecipar. Nos primeiros quatro meses j\u00e1 se registaram duas, e em alguns casos tr\u00eas varia\u00e7\u00f5es de pre\u00e7o.\u00a0O efeito inicial \u00e9 uma quebra na margem bruta, fruto de tr\u00eas fatores: a press\u00e3o do mercado para manter (ou baixar) o pre\u00e7o de aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o; a press\u00e3o da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o para manter os n\u00edveis de crescimento e a quota de mercado; e por \u00faltimo, a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos stocks anteriores para fazer baixar os pre\u00e7os m\u00e9dios.<\/p>\n<p>Temos a forte convic\u00e7\u00e3o de que os pre\u00e7os finais para o mercado vir\u00e3o a sofrer um ajustamento rapidamente, \u00e0 semelhan\u00e7a do que acontece nos restantes sectores de atividade, a bem da sustentabilidade das empresas do aftermarket em Portugal. A Global Parts enquanto distribuidora dos principais fabricantes mundiais de componentes promove ativamente a transmiss\u00e3o da informa\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica \u00e0s oficinas, e tem um departamento t\u00e9cnico com compet\u00eancias ao n\u00edvel dos sistemas de diagn\u00f3stico dispon\u00edvel para apoiar na resolu\u00e7\u00e3o dos problemas com que a oficina se veja confrontada.<\/p>\n<p>Adicionalmente, a recente incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o no Grupauto Union vai permitir \u00e0 Global Parts disponibilizar ferramentas \u00e0s oficinas que consideramos revolucion\u00e1rias, quer no n\u00edvel tecnol\u00f3gico quer no apoio \u00e0 gest\u00e3o e organiza\u00e7\u00e3o. As previs\u00f5es iniciais de neg\u00f3cio para 2022 eram bastante ambiciosas, tendo em conta o que cont\u00e1vamos ser o ano p\u00f3s pandemia. O primeiro trimestre confirmou ali\u00e1s essas previs\u00f5es.\u00a0Nesta fase estamos um pouco menos confiantes, em fun\u00e7\u00e3o dos efeitos que poder\u00e3o ter o conflito na Ucr\u00e2nia, a escassez de mat\u00e9rias\u00ad\u2011primas, o aumento do custo da energia, a infla\u00e7\u00e3o galopante, e a mais que certa subida das taxas de juro.
