{"id":6251,"date":"2019-11-01T14:12:50","date_gmt":"2019-11-01T14:12:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jornaldasoficinas.com\/pt\/?p=6251"},"modified":"2023-07-19T13:29:45","modified_gmt":"2023-07-19T12:29:45","slug":"pintores-de-automoveis-porque-faltam-no-mercado-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jornaldasoficinas.com\/pt\/pintores-de-automoveis-porque-faltam-no-mercado-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Pintores de autom\u00f3veis: porque faltam no mercado?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-7252\" src=\"https:\/\/jornaldasoficinas.com\/pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/calhaokNEW3BIG-300x170.jpg\" alt=\"11 - calhaokNEW3BIG\" width=\"501\" height=\"284\" srcset=\"https:\/\/jornaldasoficinas.com\/pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/calhaokNEW3BIG-300x170.jpg 300w, https:\/\/jornaldasoficinas.com\/pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/calhaokNEW3BIG-150x85.jpg 150w, https:\/\/jornaldasoficinas.com\/pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/calhaokNEW3BIG-768x436.jpg 768w, https:\/\/jornaldasoficinas.com\/pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/calhaokNEW3BIG.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 501px) 100vw, 501px\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Search, there is. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Training entities, too. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">After all, what is the real problem for the lack of car painters on the market?<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">One of the current topics most discussed in the area of \u200b\u200bcar refinishing is the lack of professionals. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Today, in a conversation with a workshop manager, it is difficult for the topic not to come \u201con the table\u201d. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">This is a real problem that the workshops are facing: wanting to grow or replace a professional and not finding an offer on the market in a class with an increasingly higher average age.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">On the other hand, it is also a fact that there are, in Portugal, several training centers, public or private, with excellent conditions to give courses for car refinishing. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">However, they are faced with the problem of not getting candidates for these courses, even though they are free courses, some of them with training grants, and with double certification (professional and school). <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">In other words, we have a need for professionals in the market, where demand far exceeds supply and, at the same time, there are conditions created to train professionals.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">If we want a sustainable sector future, it will be essential to make the auto painter profession attractive<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">But, despite painting being an art, being the \u201cmirror\u201d of a repair and having increasingly paid professionals, this in itself is not enough to attract young people to this noble profession. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">So why is there a shortage of car painters? <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">In my opinion, the problem lies in the lack of recognition of the profession. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Automotive refinishing has changed a lot in recent years. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">It is technologically very evolved. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">It now has digital tools for the performance of its tasks, just missing being valued. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">This appreciation and recognition of the professional is paramount in a short time and everyone is responsible. <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Paint product manufacturers, training centers, specialty press, industry associations and workshops must each, in their area of \u200b\u200bintervention,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">If we want a sustainable sector future, it will be essential to make the profession of car painter attractive, not only because of the salary &#8211; which is already attractive &#8211; but also because of the image and notoriety &#8211; since it is not (or should not be) a profession dirty and dangerous to health. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">At the same time, due consideration should be given to work that most reflects the quality of a repair \/ workshop. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">We have to be more demanding in the training of professionals, in the accompaniment to the workshops, in the technical articles, in the image and organization of the painting sections and in the dissemination of the activity. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">For the good of a sector and a noble profession with a future.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Search, there is.
