Tal ocorrer\u00e1 no dia 18 de abril, numa sala pr\u00f3pria dentro do sal\u00e3o, onde as equipas v\u00e3o ser postas \u00e0 prova.<\/p>\n<p>O <a href=\"https:\/\/www.challengeoficinas.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Challenge Oficinas<\/a> consiste num \u201cjogo\u201d din\u00e2mico, no qual \u00e9 simulado o funcionamento de uma oficina atrav\u00e9s de diferentes pain\u00e9is participativos, sendo vencedora a equipa que acumular mais pontos ao longo do desafio.<\/p>\n<p>A competi\u00e7\u00e3o visa p\u00f4r \u00e0 prova as compet\u00eancias funcionais dos colaboradores das oficinas, que ter\u00e3o de realizar diversos testes abrangendo as principais \u00e1reas do neg\u00f3cio oficinal, nomeadamente t\u00e9cnica, rece\u00e7\u00e3o, pe\u00e7as, <em>marketing <\/em>e gest\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>A participa\u00e7\u00e3o nesta Master Final do Challenge Oficinas, que se realizar\u00e1 no <a href=\"http:\/\/www.expomecanica.pt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sal\u00e3o expoMEC\u00c2NICA<\/a>, permitir\u00e1 \u00e0s equipas desenvolver compet\u00eancias de estrat\u00e9gia e gest\u00e3o, bem como aumentar os conhecimentos em \u00e1reas vitais para o neg\u00f3cio.<\/p>\n<p>Deste modo, os participantes ganham uma vis\u00e3o mais alargada e estrat\u00e9gica do neg\u00f3cio, compreendem a intera\u00e7\u00e3o entre as diferentes \u00e1reas funcionais e as condicionantes do mercado em que competem.
